Bigger fish to fry....

I knew as of 9:40 this morning that I would be blogging today.  First off I was going to blog about the horrendous way that people recycle.  Exciting?  Maybe not exciting to you but it gets me worked up.   Here's a few things that are on my mind.
1.  If you are going to recycle....do it correctly.
Don't throw an entire trash bag of plastics and maybe a few steel cans into the plastic bins because you are to lazy to OPEN the bag. (trash bags aren't allowed anyway)
2.  READ THE SIGN
It's truly NOT difficult to figure out that most food boxes DO NOT go into the cardboard box dumpster. (they have glossy paper on the outside!!!!!) Read the sign.
3.  Break down your box. Don't be a douche bag.  I know that it might take you a few seconds to break down your cardboard box, but seriously....do you need to take up 10 times the space?  Really....are you THAT important?
4.  Rinse out your cans and plastic.  Right now it's not such a problem, but during the summer....well.....we are talking.....GROSS.  The recycling center is NOT your dumping ground.  It is a place where RESPONSIBLE  recyclers go. It is a place where people go to distribute their recyclable goods in a respectable manner.

I'm not trying to be the Recycling tyrant...but Damn people....do it right. If you see someone doing it incorrectly (on purpose or accidentally) help them out. Show them how to do it. Point out the proper way.  Don't forget that I will take your glass and make it the most beautiful piece of awesome that you could imagine your trash being.
